He empowers individuals by helping them overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Sudeep's deep perspective, simplicity, and passion leave a lasting impact. He has shaped countless careers through Psychometric Assessments and Career Counselling initiatives, and his Outcome-Oriented philosophy drives his select assignments. As a sought-after Master of Ceremonies, Sudeep anchors Corporate Events and facilitates engaging panel discussions. Beyond work, he enjoys music as a hobbyist guitarist.

Mayeling Bilpodiwala, Chief Mentor of "The Catalystz," is a renowned mentor and trainer with a diverse experience of 26 years. She has a background in English Literature, Communication Skills, TEFL/TESOL, NLP, Psychological and Career Counseling. Recognized as one of the "Top 10 Most Inspiring Career Mentors of 2020," Mayeling empowers young individuals to unlock their true potential. Through The Catalystz, she conducts engaging programs online and offline, impacting students across India.
