છેલ્લા 8 વર્ષથી હું નોકરી કરું છું, કોવિડ પછીની સ્થિતિમાં મારા કરિયરમાં ઘણા ઉતાર ચડાવ આવ્યા. આથી હું બીજી કોઇ ફિલ્ડમાં કરિયર શિફ્ટ કરવાનો વિચાર વારંવાર આવતો હતો પણ સવાલ એ હતો કે મને ઘણા બધા વિષયમાં રસ તો હતો પણ કઇ ફિલ્ડમાં જવું કે જેથી ફરી કોઇ કપરી પરિસ્થિતિનો સામનો ન કરવો પડે. કેટલાક કરિયર કાઉન્સીલર સાથે પ્રાથમિક વાત કર્યા પછી એવું નક્કી કર્યું કે ધ કેટલાઇઝ પાસેથી કદાચ મને મારા પ્રશ્નોનો ઉકેલ મળી શકશે.

આ કરિયર કાઉન્સેલિંગની પ્રોસેસ સરળ અને સાઇન્ટીફિટ રહી. સૌથી પહેલા પ્રિ-કાઉન્સિલિંગ, ટેસ્ટ અને પછી પોસ્ટ કાઉન્સિલિંગ. પ્રોસેસમાં મારી એબિલિટીઝ સમજી સાથે સાથે વર્તમાન પરિસ્થિતિમાં મારો માટે કયો બેસ્ટ કરિયર પાથ હોઇ શકે તેના પર ચર્ચા થઇ. એક વર્કિંગ પ્રોફેશ્નલ માટે આ પ્રકારના નિર્ણય લેવા થોડા અઘરા હોય છે પણ શરૂઆતથી અંત સુધીની આખી પ્રોસેસમાં મારા અને મારા કરિયર સાથે જોડાયેલા તમામ મુદ્દાઓને સમજવામાં આવ્યા જેનો મને આનંદ છે. મારા મતે કરિયર કાઉન્સિલિંગ આ પ્રકારનું જ હોવું જોઇએ કેમકે કરિયર પાથની સાથે સાથે જીવનની પરિસ્થિતિ ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ હોય છે. આથી બધી જ પરિસ્થિતિને સમજીને આગળ ચાલીએ તો જે તે વ્યક્તિને પોતાના પ્રશ્નોનો યોગ્ય ઉકેલ મળે. મારા મતે આ કાઉન્સિલિંગ સેશન્સ દરમ્યાન થયેલી આ ચર્ચા જે મારા માટે ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી સાબિત થઇ.

આખી પ્રોસેસ દરમ્યાન સુદિપ સર અને મેયલિંગ મેમ સમય અંગે ચોક્કસ અને ખૂબ જ સપોર્ટિવ રહ્યાં. તેમનો અપ્રોચ ખાલી કોઇ રિપોર્ટના આધારે કરિયર સજેશન આપનો ન હતો. દરેક પગલે મારા માટે શું બેસ્ટ હોઇ શકે તે રહ્યો. Thank you so much to being best to me.
